Forms
| Form NF-102 | First Yield Return. Completed on receipt of the first yield of a newly acquired holding. |

| Form NF-114 | Nonconformance Report. Logged against NF-QMS and closed by the issuing division. |
| Form NF-118 | Venture Proposal. Any member of personnel, at any grade. Endorsement not required. |
| Form NF-121 | Expense Claim. Against receipts, within thirty (30) days. |
| Form NF-140 | Acquisition Proposal. Works proposed for the collection. Special Projects Division. |
Forms are submitted in writing. The Organization does not conduct business by telephone and does not accept unsolicited telephone inquiries.
