Circular No. 3, code SB-2026-42, is issued to authorized agents and the public for the week beginning October 18, 2026. Two provision sets are allocated. Items are drawn from Madeline's and are to be taken up as sets, not singly.
Set A: Evening Supper Unit, Pasta Class (Two Covers)
Boil the strand, warm the sauce, dress the plate with the oil, and apply the dry blend at the table.
Set B: Weekend Morning Service Unit, Griddle Class (Two Covers)
Prepare the mix, cook on a griddle, then apply spread, topping and syrup in that order.

Notices
1. The Division will respond to Mr. Penhallow on allocation by weight under reference NF-SB-2026-012. The matter is tabled to Meeting 4, and allocation by count continues. No scale has been placed on the table, and none is expected.
2. The Division notes that Minutes No. 3 record its absence, and that Mr. Penhallow asked that this be noted twice. The Division has no objection to the second entry, and has not found the first.
3. Room 6B held eleven chairs at convening, five of them occupied. No allocation above is issued for the remaining six chairs, and parties are asked not to enquire after their intended use.
