1. Further to your request of March 11, a second key to Conference Room 6B has been cut and is enclosed in the sealed envelope delivered with this memorandum.

2. The original key remains with the Sixth Floor Administrator. The second key is to be held by the Security Desk and is not to be issued to any person without a signature in the 6B Key Log. Entries in the Log are to be made in ink.

3. Following the occurrence of March 7, the room is to be locked at 5:00 p.m. each working day and unlocked at 8:30 a.m. No exception is made for the Thursday standing meeting, which has been moved to Room 4A until further notice.

4. The following items are to remain in the room and are not to be relocated, counted, or rearranged: the long table (eleven chairs), the wall clock, and ████████████████████. The twelfth chair is not to be returned to the room.

5. Cost of duplication, $3.75, has been charged to the Sixth Floor cost centre. No Form NF-121 is required. Persons who have already submitted an NF-121 for the same amount should notify this office so that the claim may be withdrawn.

6. Inquiries regarding the reason for these arrangements should be made in writing to General Affairs and should refer to the date only. Please do not refer to ████████ in correspondence.

7. Please acknowledge receipt by initialling the attached slip and returning it to this office by March 18.
