Any member of personnel, at any grade, may propose a venture. Endorsement by a division head is not required and confers no advantage. Proposals are placed before the Executive Committee at its next regular meeting. See the notes on completion.

The proposal text is held by the General Affairs Division and is not published. The Committee's summary and ruling are entered on the public register. A returned proposal is not an adverse finding and is not recorded on your file.
