Notice Regarding Acquisition of NUSAINQ Asset Portfolio

Nezbec Fruit Co. (hereinafter “the Organization”) hereby announces the completion of all procedures pertaining to the acquisition of the full asset portfolio formerly held under the NUSAINQ designation.
The acquired portfolio encompasses the following principal holdings, each of which will be administered as a distinct operational unit within the Organization’s asset management framework:
| The Lutgin Estate | Real property, archival holdings, and associated intellectual property rights pertaining to the Lutgin collection. All stewardship obligations and access protocols transfer to the Organization effective immediately. |

| Shoqanaw Autonomous Zone | Administrative rights, territorial designations, and operational infrastructure associated with the Shoqanaw Autonomous Zone. Existing governance frameworks will be maintained under Organization oversight pending further review. |
| Depositionism | Full intellectual property rights, exhibition archives, published materials, and licensing authority related to the Depositionism body of work and its derivative programs. |
| The Collect Pond License Group | All licensing agreements, revenue participation rights, and contractual obligations held by The Collect Pond License Group, including subsidiary and affiliated arrangements. |
The transfer of all designated assets has been executed in accordance with the terms established under the original acquisition framework. Integration of each holding into the Organization’s existing operational structure will proceed on an individual basis under the direction of the Special Projects Division.
Detailed information regarding each asset will be made available through the Organization’s website as integration activities progress. All inquiries should be directed to the General Affairs Division.
