Big Dog Diner
Big Dog Diner is a food service concern and communications facility acquired as an asset of the former NUSAINQ portfolio. The property comprises one (1) flagship diner, the Big Dog kiosk network formerly administered by Pappa Chaga, the Big Dog AM broadcast frequency, and all trademarks, recipes, and goodwill associated with the Big Dog Burger. Patrons who are fed tend to remain, and patrons who remain tend to talk.
Historical records concerning the Diner are incomplete. Portions of the archive were lost during the Wars, an episode the Organization does not consider it productive to revisit. Claims arising from that period should be submitted in writing to the General Affairs Division and will be reviewed in the order received.
Notice Regarding Renovation of the Flagship Premises
Following a condition survey, the Organization has approved a comprehensive renovation of the flagship premises. The survey confirmed what patrons have long reported: the booths hold memories, the counter holds elbows, and the structure holds. The renovation is intended to preserve these qualities while bringing the facility into conformity with The Standard (NF-QMS).

Notice Regarding Expansion of the Big Dog Franchise
Concurrent with the renovation, the Organization announces a measured expansion of the Big Dog franchise system. Expansion will proceed through three authorized formats:

Merchandise and intellectual property licensing for the franchise system will be administered in coordination with the joint venture that succeeded The Collect Pond License Group. Inquiries from prospective franchise operators are accepted on a case-by-case basis. The Organization notes that enthusiasm is not a qualification, though it is not a disqualification either.
It remains the position of the Organization that a patron should be able to walk into a diner in any town, in the evening, and receive a milkshake.
