Notice Regarding Completion of the Madeline’s Brand Acquisition

Nezbec Fruit Co. (hereinafter “the Organization”) hereby announces the completion of all procedures pertaining to the acquisition of the Madeline’s brand and its associated commercial operations, conducted under the domain madelines.co.

Madeline’s operates as an online farmstand for artisanal, specialty, and small-batch makers, consolidating goods from independent producers and small farms into a single marketplace with distribution to all fifty states. The brand will be administered as a distinct operational unit within the Organization’s asset management framework and will continue to trade under its existing name.

Brand & DomainFull rights to the Madeline’s name, marks, and the madelines.co domain, together with all associated storefront and customer-facing properties.
Maker NetworkAll supply relationships and onboarding agreements with independent makers, apiaries, creameries, roasters, and small farms comprising the artisan network.
Retail CatalogueThe full catalogue across pantry, charcuterie, sweets, beverages, home & garden, and health & beauty, including the Starter Pack and gift box programs.
Commercial ProgramsThe corporate and bulk order programs, covering corporate gifting, employee rewards, office provisions, and events & catering.
Editorial AssetsBuying guides, maker profiles, and recipe archives published under the Madeline’s editorial banner.

The transfer of all designated assets has been executed in accordance with the terms established under the original acquisition framework. Existing maker agreements, fulfilment arrangements, and customer obligations are assumed by the Organization and remain in force on their current terms. No interruption to distribution is anticipated.

Integration will proceed under the direction of the Special Projects Division. The Organization intends to maintain the brand’s established sourcing standards and its emphasis on independent, small-batch production. Further disclosures regarding the alignment of the Madeline’s catalogue with the Standard Brand distribution channel will be made as appropriate.
